Job description
We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join us in the Government People Group (GPG) within the Cabinet Office, a unit that offers back-office services for the whole of government, on key areas such as HR, Finance, Pensions, and shared services. 你将协助衡量和改善公务员职位平台和更广泛的招聘服务.
Your role
As the Engagement Manager, you will develop and implement communications, engagement and product adoption campaigns, 并成为帮助GPG登陆下一代公务员招聘平台的关键领导者.

You will join our cross-functional delivery team focusing on transforming Civil Service Jobs, and helping to reshape how the service should be delivered in the future.

- Partner with teams across the recruitment operations service, and the business change teams, to drive awareness, growth and adoption of CSJobs products and services
- Support the development of a stakeholder engagement strategy, including devising and maintaining the engagement database
